"Buying
property anywhere can be a fraught with problems and it was
only after taking some very deep breaths that we decided to
‘go Turkey’ in April 2006 and purchase our apartment from
Homes Unlimited. In fact the whole process was
astonishingly speedy and straight forward.
 Homes
Unlimited already came highly recommended to us by
friends with many years in the building trade, as offering
an excellent standard of design, construction and
workmanship alongside a first class after service.
They took care of all the legalities,
tax and related matters and helped us to set up a local bank
account to pay standing orders for utility bills and so on.
The bank has 24hour internet access allowing on-line money
management from the UK. Homes Unlimited
arranged the purchase and delivery of basic furniture and
white goods and personal shopper for all those important
extras.
Between purchase in April and
completion in July the company sent regular emails of
progress reports including photographs of the building
works. We have now had two holidays in our new home and have
continued to receive a first class service from the English
and Turkish staff. Should you be thinking a buying a
property in this part of Turkey we don’t think you could do
better than to go through Homes
Unlimited"

"We first encountered Homes Unlimited
in 2001 on our first visit to Turkey. We purchased a
plot of land through them and in 2003 we were ready to build
our dream home in the sun - and that is exactly what we got.
The service we received and are still
receiving has been exceptional, nothing is too much trouble
for them and they are always on hand to help, not only with
the build but for personal matters also. All the staff
are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they will
go out of their way to help you even out of office hours.
During the build we were sent regular
pictures via email, so now we have a portfolio starting with
the first day showing a digger on the empty plot to a
beautiful villa with pool. Even after the villa was
finished we decided to have a shed, barbeque and a chill out
area built, also we had the garden landscaped, again we were
sent pictures of each stage.
Not one thing that they have been involved
in have we ever had a problem with. When you decide to
build a home in another country you have to put your trust
in the people you are dealing with and that trust has never
wavered for us.
We cannot recommend Homes Unlimited
highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again
should the need arise. We are looking forward to
retiring to our beautiful villa in a few years time and this
is all thanks to Homes Unlimited."

Michelle Hall writes:
"I have known Denise for over 10 years since
our first trip to Turkey and now consider her to be one of
my best friends. Over the years we have been on
fantastic trips many, many times, and have never been
disappointed, all of her team are second to none.
 More
recently we have bought and sold property finally purchasing
our dream home in October, last year. We would
probably never have had the courage to do this without
having Denise's expertise to guide us. Her knowledge
and support is endless, she made the whole process feel as
easy as buying at home.
But it doesn't end there, the team in the
office are always there to help and give advice on where to
purchase furniture, bedding, white goods etc. In fact
they help and give guidance on any day to day issues that
you may need help with, nothing is ever too much trouble and
you are always greeted with a smile.
 Our
gardens and pool are maintained to a very high standard and
we know that we can come home with the reassurance that
everything will be looked after while we are not there.
The cleaning service and the take away meals services are
also excellent.
We could never thank Denise enough for her
help and support over the years, and I would recommend her
